Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 24 hours for an order to be processed. Kindly note shipping may be delayed by our verifications team if confirmation is needed for the order.

For customers selecting 1-2 Day Express Shipping, please keep in mind your order must be placed before 1pm EST to leave the same day Monday - Thursday.

We offer 2-4 day shipping on all orders. In rare instances, delivery may take 3 days. For expedited shipping we offer 1-2 Business day, orders must be placed by 1pm EST for it to be processed same day.

It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive for international orders. However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition of the same item.
